Most of our overseas customers purchase in full container loads (FCL: 20’GP, 40’GP, or 40’HQ), as our materials have been thoroughly tested in our own manufacturing facilities to ensure consistent quality. For customers who would like to evaluate our products first, we also accept small trial orders or sample purchases.

To show our commitment to long-term cooperation, the sample cost and shipping fee will be fully refunded when you place a subsequent container order (one container or more).

※The freight cost is calculated based on either the actual weight or the volumetric (dimensional) weight of the shipment — whichever is greater.

The volumetric weight is determined using the formula:

Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000.

If this calculated volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, it will be used as the basis for the freight charge.
